About The Happy Warrior
What's in the name?
Our fast and complex world somehow expects everyone to be like a warrior, always winning. The expectation is to win at work--meeting targets, showing productivity. There's also the expectation to win in our home--to be a good parent, a good son or daughter, or a good friend. There are a lot of things to do and demands to meet. If we aren't careful, we can get overwhelmed and even burnt out.
That's why it's essential to have the adjective 'happy' attached to the 'warrior.' It makes life and work (which isn't distinct from life but part of it) sustainable. Even when the warrior fails, the warrior gets back up...again and again, and again.
