About The Happy Warrior

"The Happy Warrior delivered a tailored 10-week course for my team on mindfulness within a workplace context. The sessions helped equip the team with a mindfulness toolkit that they continue to use to this day. Jason’s calm and positive delivery helped put everyone at ease from the first session. In these strange times it’s important to help support everyone’s mental health and mindfulness can play an important part in achieving a healthy outlook."

Richard McIlwaine-Biggins, Head of Workplace Sales, Texthelp
