Introduction to Mindfulness - A Free Orientation to MBCT or MBSR

In this 30-minute live session, the course facilitator will give:

  1. An overview of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) or Mindfulness-Based Stress REduction (MBSR)

  2. What's required to attend this 8-week course

  3. What a few clients said about MBCT/MBSR run by The Happy Warrior

This is also a great chance for you to directly ask questions to the facilitator. As this session is limited to 30 minutes only, we will give it our best to accommodate as many questions as we can.  

Please note that we will be using Zoom video conferencing for this. You will need a computer or a mobile device to join the session. 

 

The next session will be on the 25th of September from 6.30PM to 7.00PM UK.
