Join The Mindful Leader open programme delivered in partnership with Queen's University Belfast William J. Clinton Leadership Institute. The programme runs for 5 half days across 10 weeks plus a coaching session. The Mindful Leader starts on the 4th of October 2019.

Apply for this 8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course if you want to learn a healthier way of relating with thoughts and emotions, especially stressful ones. This special format of MBCT will consist of four half-day sessions every fortnight.
