Teaching mindfulness is like teaching kids to swim. You need to learn it yourself and develop the skills for your own benefit first. You need to do the work of practicing. It's not just another lesson plan to be delivered. Your behaviour is the lesson. Your own presence and awareness are essential. And your healthy relationship with your own stress and the kindness you embody for yourself and for others are the keys to moulding their hearts and minds to become resilient.
Use ONLY the specific tracks assigned for the week. You will need a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Thank you for not sharing the tracks with non-clients. School children will have their own respective practices appropriate for their age and psychological development. It's best to train to become a teacher of mindfulness for school children for the sake of integrity.
